Always His is a story about second chances. It's about a love that is so strong, miles and years can not break it. Ryker and Nikki have a love that people wish for. They love each other hard and fiercely. Ryker makes the decision to enter the Marines. He leaves Nikki behind because he knows that she will never leave her father behind. It was a decision that was hard on them both. Years pass and Nikki is completely consumed by the hurt from Ryker's leaving. One night changes everything and she is permanently connected to a guy she hates. She still loves Ryker but she feels that nothing will happen between them again. Things take a turn when Ryker finishes his time in the Marines and is heading home. His goal is to win Nikki back. He knows he hurt her but I'm not sure he knows how much until he sees her again. He has a fight on his hands because Nikki refuses to automatically pick up where they left off. Plus he has to deal with the fact that Nikki has a child with the guy he hates. Nikki is forced to decide if she can forgive Ryker for his choices. Ryker must come to terms with the aftermath his decisions made. Their second chance at love is a difficult road but with a bond as strong as they had, they are willing to fight to be one again.
I love Harms storytelling. She definitely has a way with words. You always feel pulled into the story and captured by the characters. I loved the story and enjoyed reading it. I can't wait to see what develops with this new series.

C.A. Harms is like any other addicted reader. She enjoys happy endings and HEA love stories. She hasn't always been a lover of Romance and had once been addicted to a good Mystery. Just recently she has taken on a new liking and now is a full blown Romance novel addict.
She lives in Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You will always find her with her kindle or paperback in hand as it is her favorite pass time.
