~Release Blitz and Review~ Wait for Me by Alexis Noelle

Title: Wait For Me
Author: Alexis Noelle
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: July 27, 2015
Ive never been one for relationships and commitment. I get what I needed from girls but thats where it ends. At least that was how it is supposed to be. Until that one night with Nicole changed everything. She is the only girl who has ever made me want more, and I hate it.
I have wanted more of Jason since the one night that we spent together. He has occupied my every dream and invaded my every though. He just needs to let me in and stop fighting it so much. Im determined to show him exactly what he is missing. Ill wait for him, but not forever.
What do you do when your whole world is turned upside down? When everything comes crumbling down around you, will you have the will to fight and break down the wall?
Wait For Me was originally Breaking Through The Wall and part of the Guarded Hearts Series. The story has been changed a bit and re-edited to make it a standalone novel.
**Wait For Me is for mature audiences onlystrong language, and explicit sexual content are apparent.**

Wait for Me is Jason and Nicole's story. Nicole proves to be a patient person by waiting for Jason to come to his senses. She loves Jason and is willing to wait forever for him. Nicole isn't a push over though. She has a tough side too. She just sees what she wants and is willing to do anything to make it happen. Jason is stubborn. He cares for Nicole and is attracted to her but he lets his past cloud his judgment. Afraid of being hurt again, he refuses to hand his heart over. This in turn hurts Nicole but it also increases her effort to show him that he can give his heart to her.
I enjoyed the story between these two characters. They fight to get where they are and stay there. They each have a history that could hinder their relationship but are willing to do anything to make it work. I wish, though, that the author delved more into the relationship between Jason and his mom. She reappears but he doesn't really confront her. I was hoping for more closure.
Overall it is a great story. The author does an awesome job in bringing the romance. I recommend this as a must read series.

My Rating:
4 out of 5 Stars

I tell Jason that he will be on his own the rest of the day. I am going to go to the mall and do some shopping.
Can I come?
He wants to go shopping with me? UmI guess, if you want to.
We get dressed and head off to the mall. My purpose for coming today isnt really because I need anything. However, my dad gave me a monthly credit card allowance, so I might as well put it to good use. I decide that maybe I will have some fun playing dress up for Jason today.
I take him into one of my favorite stores and have him sit on the chair outside of the dressing room. The first dress I try on is a short black one. It is strapless and looks pretty modest from the front, but when I turn around, the back of the dress dips into a V that stops just above my butt. When I turn around and look back, his face is priceless. This is definitely going to be fun.
I am trying on about my sixth dress, when the curtain to the changing room is pulled back. Jason walks in and immediately closes it back behind him. He closes the short distance between us and has me backed against the wall of the room. J, What are you doing in here?! I whisper at him, completely in shock that he is here. I only have the next dress halfway up my body right now, so my breasts are completely exposed.
I cant watch you walk out there in one more of those dresses. I need you now, I cant wait.
Jason, I dont think Before I can finish my sentence, he crashes his mouth against mine, and starts to slip off the remainder of the dress I had been trying on.
